Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges within 60 days of the date you receive your order. To be eligible, products must be unopened and in their original condition, with all original packaging and tags intact. Please include your receipt or proof of purchase with your return.
Wrong or Defective Items
If you receive the wrong item, or your item arrives defective or damaged, please contact us right away at matryoshkash@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the item. We’ll make it right with a replacement or a full refund.
Cancellations
You may cancel your order for a full refund at any time before it ships. Once an order has shipped, it is subject to our standard returns process above. To request a cancellation, email matryoshkash@gmail.com with your order number as soon as possible.
How to Start a Return
Email us at matryoshkash@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your return, and we’ll reply with return instructions. Items must be shipped back within the 60-day window.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Shipping
Shipping is free on all orders. For returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item arrived wrong, defective, or damaged — in those cases, we’ll cover the return shipping.
